| Address | 39TH & COLFAX AVE N | 4.23.08 large crowd (40-50) gathered about 4 pm between Colfax and Dupont North on 39th Avenue, around two teenage girls fighting in the street. Complainant called 911, squad came, assembly disbursed. Complainant upset that all stood watching including some adults & did nothing to stop or call 911. Kids and adults all took off, so squad sat there awhile before pulling away. |
